2015 OTSM-based 3 Day Training - 5 Day Practice : SK Hynix
* For SK Hynix which is one of the biggest semiconductor manufacturing companies in South Korea,
Hongyul Yoon, CEO of TRIZ Center, delivered a course of 'OTSM-based 3 Day Training'
and '5 Day Practice', from 5th of March to 24th of July of 2015.
The participants had already finished the basic courses of TRIZ and then
'OTSM-based 3 Day Training' were mainly composed of OTSM viewpoints like the following :
- Main Notions of OTSM
- Advanced Multi Screen Thinking (partially)
- Separation Principles based-on OTSM
- Advanced Cause Effect Chain Analysis
After the training, '5 Day Practice' course had been running
over on-site problems at intervals of several weeks.
This course would not have been able to be done without help and support
of Mr.Cho Jun-hee, principal research engineer in SK Hynix.
