OTSM-based TRIZ for Business : Pointers to Effects
TRIZ Journal carried Hongyul Yoon's paper, 'Pointers to Effects for Non-technical Problem Solving'
in the issue of March, 2009.
The paper was originally presented at the European TRIZ Association's TRIZ Future 2008 meeting
in Enschede, NL.
Hongyul Yoon tried to provide some effects for non-technical problem solving
as objective laws as OTSM requires for systematic problem solving.
TRIZ Center has been applying those effects to real problem solving
with its clients to result in effective solution ideas in business field.
TRIZ Center deeply appreciates its clients' love for these effects.
