Amore Pacific - Bio and Cosmetic Industry Problem Solving Coaching with OTSM

From the late summer of 2011,
Hongyul Yoon, CEO of TRIZ Center
started project coaching with OTSM-based TRIZ
for Amore Pacific, one of the largest bio and cosmetic companies in Korea.
He had delivered for the participants
a 3 day lecture which was prepared as a customized program for bio and cosmetic industries.
After the training, researchers brought their own project to OTSM-based TRIZ coaching meeting
and applied OTSM-based TRIZ to analysis and formulation of problems and generation of solution ideas.
As usual, bio industry implementation of ideas needed lots of time for examination and tests.
It would take long time to check the feasiblity of ideas,
but we got several applicable ideas after coaching meetings of 5 times.
