* Business Problem Solving - OTSM-based TRIZ Course *
From 28th to 30th of November in 2011,
Hongyul Yoon, CEO of TRIZ Center delivered lectures on OTSM-based TRIZ
for business problem solving.
The course was for Amore Pacific staff members who were responsible for innovation.
As a beginning level, it was composed of the following topics:
- Pointers to Effects for Biz Problem Solving
- Creative Imagination Principles
- Inventive Standards for Biz Problem Solving
- 5 Separation Principles for Biz Contradiction Overcoming
At every step, all participants practised what they learned through real case examples.
Thanks to enthusiasm of participants,
the training course was regarded as recommendable to others
and was asked to be served for the next staff members.
